 Janet Hofer, LPC, CEAP Director
Jan has been the Director of the Interfaith Employee Assistance Center since its inception in 1981. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, and a Substance Abuse Professional. She is a member of the the Employee Assistance Professionals Association, the American Association of Christian Counselors and the Society for Human Resource Management. Jan specializes in designing Employee Assistance Programs to meet the needs of companies large and small. She consults with companies in a wide range of industries, such as public service, communications, bio-medical and engineering. Her counseling specialities include depression and anxiety, work stress, life crises and marriage and family counseling. Jan graduated with a M.Ed. in counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University and has post graduate hours in marriage and family counseling from Texas A & M.

 Janet Jacinto Hoffmann Therapist and Trainer
Janet is from Lima, Peru. She obtained a master's degree in social work from the University of Texas and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She is bilingual in Spanish and specializes in working with families, individuals and children. Janet also has an interest in women's issues, domestic violence and parenting issues. Janet's husband Olivier does research in aeromechanics. They live in The Woodlands with their preschool daughter and son.

Teresa McGrath, LPC Counselor and Trainer
Teresa is a Registered Nurse, a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Teresa, with extensive experience as a nurse and counselor, is a talented marriage and family counselor. Her experience as a neo natal unit nurse prepares her to work with families with premature and critically ill infants as well as mothers suffering from post partum depression. She also helps marriages successfully make the transition into parenthood.
Teresa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from West Texas State University and a Master of Science degree in Psychology emphasizing Marriage and Family Therapy and Systems Theory from Our Lady of the Lakes University.
